TDS is committed to delivering exceptional architectural designs through our proven four step process summarized below.

COURTESY CONSULTATION

Initial Courtesy Consult For New Homes & Remodels

  • Courtesy consult to establish the scope of the project, understand the client's vision and expectations.
  • Present fee structure
  • Preliminary design genres review
  • Understanding permit process
  • Timeline goals

PHASE 01

Concept Design Phase

  • Client vision and goals are recorded and design commences.
  • Client approves floor plan, elevations and site plan concepts.
  • Periodic meetings scheduled, discussions continued to bring design plans to its ultimate perfection.

PHASE 02

Design Development Phase

  • Client's final approval has been reached.
  • Construction documents commence with supporting documents to include: reflected ceiling layouts, interior features, elevations are clarified with client's input.
  • Architectural plan sets submitted to truss company for engineering of roof and floor.
  • After truss engineering is completed, the plans are submitted to structural engineer.
  • Once structural engineering is complete, the signed and sealed digital plans are submitted for jurisdiction municipal permit record.

PHASE 03

Construction Phase

  • The Design Standard has a long-standing good name within the Florida luxury building community.
  • Having an established history among the construction and project management professions has enabled us to collaborate with contractors of high standards, experts in their filed of service.
  • Henry will provide guidance and direction to connect you and your future home building project with the right builder.

Benjamin Gonzalez

DESIGN PARTNER

Growing up around architectural drafting tools, AUTO CAD, and construction sites has impressed Ben to develop and master construction management and architectural design. While continuing his studies he also works drafting  assisting with site management, architectural design and details, structural engineering details, site design, comtemplating and implementing width and height ratios. Provides support to achieve the optimal proportions of all architectural elements relevant to specific design genres.
